You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, in line with UK consumer law.

 

To request a refund, get in touch through our Contact us page within 14 days of delivery, including your order number. In most cases, we won't ask you to send the item back — we'll process your refund once your request is confirmed. For higher-value items, we may ask you to return the product; if so, we'll cover the cost of return shipping or provide instructions.

 

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of your refund request being approved.

 

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us with photos through the same page and we'll issue a replacement or full refund, no return required.
